We supported many different kinds of printing methods, such as CMYK, PMS, UV, Hot stamping, Cold gilding, letterpress, embossed logos, etc
Block printing in CMYK is the cheapest, but the printing color difference will be bigger than the special printing of CMYK.
It’s suitable for simple colors or if you have no critical requests for colors.
If you have high requests for the printing colors, we highly recommend taking the special printing of PMS, it requires a Pantone color number
RGB and HEX are the code type for colors that use on screen, they are not color codes for printing. CMYK and PMS are the colors we use in printing.
- CMYK
it’s actually combined colors with cyan, magenta, yellow and black inks.
- PMS
it is also called Pantone color, it’s printed with standardized color inks.
There’re many different factors:
- Different screens have different resolution, which shows different color effect;
- If your artwork is made of PMS color but the printing is CMYK, the colors will be changed in this shift;
- Different types of printing equipment perform different effects;
- Different printing environments or temperatures affect the printing effect.
- The experience of the print engineer affects the quality of the print as well.
But please note:
- In the whole printing industry, there’s no one could promise that they can print the products 100% the same as your artwork.
- Blue and purple two colors are a little special compared to other colors, these two colors can be very prone to color differences, both in CMYK and PMS printing.

Products & Offer
We have many different materials, such as C1S and C2S paper, offset paper, kraft paper, pearl paper, gold/silver metallic paper, and textured paper, these are common materials for all paper-printed products.
What’s more, all of them also come in different types with different weights.
Textured papers also have different types because of the different textures, such as:
- Stone texture
- Water ripple texture
- Leather texture
- Cotton texture
- Linen texture
- Silk texture
- Gold sprinkle paper
- Earth texture
- Konqueror
- Pine needle
- Cloth
- Scale
- Brushed Line
- Flower Texture
- Holographic
- And so on…
Meanwhile, there’re also some materials that are especially for label stickers, such as BOPP, PE, PET, PVC, synthetic paper, destructive paper, vinyl, fluorescent paper, and metal.
There are also materials that are specific to the packaging boxes because they are really sturdy. Such as cardboard paper, chipboard paper, and corrugated paper.
Well, different material has different features. That’s why we need to know the use scene. For examples:
Label stickers: if you need it waterproof and tearproof, you can choose Synthetic paper, PVC, PET, BOPP, etc.
Coated paper with glossy or matte lamination also could resist the water on the surface, but it’s not waterproof, the paper layer will be destroyed by water as well.
If you need thin, soft, and flexible material which could perform better on bottles, BOPP is the smart choice.
Besides, the glue also has different levels of adhesive, someplace needs removable adhesive so that there’s no adhesive remark when remove. Some need strong adhesive, and some don’t need adhesive but could stick and peel on the glass surface.
Packaging & Bags: the different thicknesses of the material could undertake different weights, some may be cheap but if you want it to carry heavy products, it’s not suitable for you.
Sometimes you think you need a very strong adhesive, but what you request is sticking on the bottle only, we will check the highest strong adhesive glue kind which is MOQ, and the price will be higher. But it’s actually normal kind is OK.
So for giving you a suitable professional suggestion, we will ask you for the use scene if you are not clear about your material request. Hope you can understand.
We can make many kinds of lamination, such as glossy, matte, hologram, etc.
We can make: CMYK, PMS, UV, Hot Stamping ( could be in gold, silver, red, green, purple, holographic, etc colors ), Embossed, Letterpress, etc.
In the label stickers, we also could make Cold Ironing technical.
For the label stickers, we use water-base and oil-base glue, water-base glue also has different adhesive levels, and oil-base glue is the strongest one.
For the fabric labels with glue on the backside, we use hot-melt adhesive.
yes, sure.
Absolutely.
Yes, we can make it with perforated holes for the tear line.
If you will stick it manually, all of these 3 types will be OK, what you need to consider is which one is good for storage and shipping.
But if you will label it by labeling machine, you must choose roll packing.
Yes, the labels’ direction on the rolls will be matched with your labeling machine output. Otherwise, they will be labeled in the wrong direction.
Yes, but need to check the label sizes, to check how many different designs could print on each roll.
Normally we could print 8 different designs repeatedly on each roll for a size of 3.8cm.
It depends on the size of your label. We will not make the rolls or sheets very big, will pack them suitably.
We also could make it according to your request.
The transparent material with high light transmission, the color will look like semi-colors, normally we will print more ink layers before printing the designs.
Both of them has their advantages and disadvantage.
Heat shrink sleeve bottles:
- Advantage: You can emphasize the entire shape of the bottle, like walking down the red carpet in a very glamorous dress.
- Disadvantage: The suitable application is smaller; High MOQ and you must apply it by machine.
Self-adhesive Labels:
- Advantage: Small MOQ, it’s suitable for almost all kinds of surfaces; easy to apply.
- Disadvantage: couldn’t show the bottle shape as well as the shrink sleeve.
But I think self-adhesive labels are very nice.
Because of the special production process of the UV transfer labels, you can simply understand that the ink is glued to your design by a special machine.
The transparent edge is the glue, this is a normal situation that couldn’t avoid in the industry so far.
In the broad categories, there are tuck end box, mailer box, magnet closure gift box, lid and bottom packaging box, sliding open packaging box, paper tube packaging, pillow box, gable box, and irregular boxes.
Irregular boxes could be customized into the shape of your design, but need to conform to the principles of the packaging. Like the hexagon gift box, Christmas tree shape gift box, etc
Well, there’re many reasons:
- Weather affects the stickiness
- The adhesive job is not done properly
- The glue’s stickiness is not strong enough
- The box is packed with very heavy products
There are many different materials of the tray and insert you can choose from:
- Foam
- EVA
- Blister
- Paper
- Mold Pulp
Yes, sure
Firstly, you need to know the structure and features:
Single face board normally needs to connect with other paper or use by insert or dividers in the box.
The flute is for expressing the size of waves;
Single, Double, or sometimes we call 3ply, 5ply, and 7ply for the paper layers.
There’s one more spec: Paper Hardness, we call them A=A, A=B, K=A, K=K, etc.
Yes, it’s special printing in the corrugated cardboard carton boxes
Kraft paper is made from wood, this material will absorb the ink, so colors will not show brightly on it.
Black printing on kraft paper is good, and it’s the popular option.
No, the surface of this material is more rough than other materials.
You can view envelope styles more clearly here.
2 Pages = 1 Sheet.
For example, if your catalog has 20 sheets inside, then it’s 44 Pages including the front and back covers.
We calculate the cost by pages, not by sheets.
